Meet the owner

Rhode Island hydrostatic testing is owned by David Schaller. Dave has been testing tanks for over ten years. He is PADI certified in rebreathers/nitrox, and has his rescue diver certification. In the summertime, you will probably find him testing tanks over at RI hydrostatic, but during the winter, he’s usually over at his other venture, The Chocolate Delicacy, which is right next door.
